Exchange Policy

 

General Rules

As one of Bazarcom's customers, you have the right to exchange any of the products you purchased through Bazarcom, and to activate this right, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must send an "exchange request" within a maximum period of one day from receiving the product(s), and any requests sent after one day of receipt will not be considered.
  • If you wish to exchange the product(s), the following matters must be taken into account:
    • Care for the product(s) you purchased: the products must be in the same condition as you received them and in their original packaging/bags.
    • Do not use the product.
    • Do not remove the brand tag on the product(s).

Note: Bazarcom will not accept any "exchange request" that does not meet the above conditions.

  • There are some products that are not subject to the exchange policy; you should review the "product description" to know whether the product is subject to the exchange policy or not. Please read the “product description(s)" before proceeding with the purchase.

Cases where delivery fees are added to the exchange request:

  • If there is no defect in the parts.
  • If there was a previous exchange on the same order.
  • Otherwise, there will be no delivery fees.

How can I make an exchange request:

  • Please create a new request including the item you want to exchange.
      • In the "notes" field, write the previous order number and the code of the item to be exchanged.

  • You will be contacted to confirm the order details and review the information.

  3. You must upload three clear photos within the "exchange request", including:
  4. A photo clearly showing the brand tag
  • We will coordinate with Palestinian Distribution and Logistics Services Company Public Shareholding Limited (Wasel) to retrieve the product(s) from your address, upon Wasel delivering the new product(s).
  • If the price of the new product is higher than the original product, you will be asked to pay the difference upon receipt.
  • If the price of the new product is lower than the original product, the Bazarcom team will inspect the returned product, and you will be compensated with the difference in the form of a "discount code" added to your account.
  • You can use the discount code in any new purchase from Bazarcom store.
  • Please note that no cash compensation is provided.
