DELIVERY LOCATIONS & TIME

Delivery time depends on your location. Below is the delivery location and timings.

  • Ramallah (Center) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-5 working days of placing the order.
  • Nablus (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  • Bethlehem (South) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  • Hebron (South) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  • Jenin (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  • Tulkarem (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  • Qalqilia (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  • Jericho (Center) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-5 working days of placing the order.

Due to control reasons, we are currently unable to provide delivery in Gaza . Alternatively, you can pick up your order from the offices of Wassel for Distribution and Logistics Public Shareholding Limited Liability Company (“Wassel”). Make sure to choose this option on the checkout page, you can also find the full list of Wassel’s offices here.

DELIVERY FEES

The rate charged for the delivery is NIS15 for orders below NIS149. Free Delivery is provided for any purchases over NIS150 unless otherwise stated.

ORDER TRACKING

Our system will automatically notify our customer when the status of the order is updated. This can be via SMS or Email notifications depending on the details you provided at check out.

To track your order:

  1. Check the order notification you received on your registered mobile or email address you provided upon registering.
  2. Click on the order link provided.
  3. It will take you to the order page to view your order status updated by Wassel.

DELIVERY SCHEDULING

We trust and rely on our service provider Wassel to deliver your orders to the preferred address. Wassel will contact their customers to insure your availability before arriving to the address. However, Wassel working hours are from 09:00 am to 16:30 pm. For demanding a specific delivery time, we recommend you to add a note after finishing the order mentioning the specific delivery time you wish. You can add a note by hovering over the cart icon on the top right corner of the homepage, then enter your order notes before checking out.

Alternatively, picking your orders yourself is always an option as mentioned in the previous section.
