Delivery Locations and Time
The delivery time depends on the location where you want to receive your product(s). Below is the expected delivery time for the ordered product(s).
- Ramallah (Central) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Nablus (North) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Bethlehem (South) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Hebron (South) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Jenin (North) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Tulkarm (North) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Qalqilya (North) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Ariha (Central) - Expected receipt of product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
For reasons beyond our control, we cannot provide shipping or delivery service to Gaza at this time. Instead, you can pick up your order from the offices of the Palestinian Distribution and Logistics Company Public Shareholding ( Wassel ). Make sure to select this option on the checkout page on our website. You can also find the full list of Wassel offices here.
Delivery Fees
The delivery cost for orders less than (100) shekels is (15) shekels only. For orders exceeding (100) two hundred shekels, delivery will be free.
Order Tracking
Our system will automatically notify our customers when the order status is updated. This can be via SMS or email, depending on the details you provided after approving your purchase order.
To track your order:
- Check the order notification you received on your mobile phone or the registered email you provided during registration.
- Click on the order link that appears to you.
- The mentioned link will take you to the order page to view your order status updated by Wassel.

Delivery Scheduling
We trust and rely on Wassel to deliver your orders. Generally, Wassel delivers orders between 09:00 - 16:30, and we cannot guarantee delivery within a shorter period. Nevertheless, we recommend adding this time frame as a note to your order when placing it. You can add a note by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the homepage, then enter your order notes.
Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from Wassel offices. Make sure to select this option when completing the purchase process.

Change Delivery Address
