Delivery locations and times
The delivery time depends on the location where you want to receive your product. The following is the expected time for delivery of the ordered product.
- Ramallah (Center) - Expect to receive the product/s within 2-7 business days of the final and complete order.
- Nablus (North) - Expect to receive the product within 2-7 business days of the final and complete order.
- Bethlehem (South) - Expect to receive the product/s within 2-7 business days of a final and complete order.
- Hebron (South) - Expect to receive the product within 2-7 business days of a final and complete order.
- Jenin (North) - Expect to receive the product within 2-7 business days of a final and complete order.
- Tulkarm (North) - Expect to receive the product/s within 2-7 business days of the final and complete order.
- Qalqilya (North) - Expect to receive the product/s within 2-7 business days of a final and complete order.
- Jericho (Central) - Expect to receive the product within 2-7 business days of a final and complete order.
"Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide shipping or delivery services to Gaza at this time. Instead, you can pick up your order from the offices of the Palestinian Distribution and Logistics Services Public Limited Company (Wassel). Please make sure to select this option on the checkout page of our website. You can also find the complete list of Wassel offices here."
Delivery fees
The delivery cost for orders whose value is less than (100) shekels is only (15) shekels, and for orders whose value is more than (100) two hundred shekels, delivery will be free.
Track order
Our system will automatically notify our customers when the order status is updated, this could be via SMS or email, depending on the details you provided after approving the special purchase request.
To track your order:
- Check the order notification you received on your mobile phone or the registered email you provided when registering.
- Click on the order link that appears in front of you.
- The mentioned link will take you to the order page to view the status of your order updated by Wasel.

Delivery scheduling
We trust and rely on Wassel to deliver your orders, and in general, Wassel delivers orders during the time period between 09:00 - 16:30, and we cannot guarantee delivery within a shorter time frame. However, we recommend that you add this time period as a note to your order when specifying it, as you can add a note by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the homepage, then enter your order notes.
"Instead, you can choose to pick up your order from the Wassel offices. Make sure to select this option when completing the purchase process."
