• Return request should be submitted within one day from receiving the order.
  • There will be no return fee
  • The returned item should be in the same condition it was delivered, and has not been used, an item that has been used but has the original tag on, shall be considered as a used item and cannot be returned.
  • The item should be in the same brand box/cover received.
  • Note that, for some products we have a no-return policy, we advise you to read the product description before buying it.
  • Note that, we only refund you the amount as "Discount Code" to your Bazarcom account, the return of the item will be for free.
  • The " Discount Code" wonโ€™t expire.
  • For orders that contains 10 items or more, customers will only be allowed to return a maximum of 3 items.

Fill the โ€œReturn Formโ€.

Press submit.

You will receive a confirmation E-mail.

2. Our customer service will review your request and respond within one day from receiving the form.

3. Customers will be required to attach 3 photos (front-side, Back-side, product tag) of the received product in the Return form.

4. We will coordinate with Wassel for Distribution and Logistics Public Shareholding Limited Liability Company (โ€œWasselโ€)to collect the item from you. You also have the option to drop the item into the nearest Wassel office, our customer service team can provide with the nearest Wassel office to your location.

5.If the reviewing team of the form accepted the return of the product, we will credit your account with the same amount of the product.

6.Once you make your next order, you will be able to use your credited points to the order total if that was the chosen option.
