Can I return the product after receiving it?

Can I exchange the product after receiving it?
Of course, you can exchange the product you purchased for another after receiving it, but you will be asked to provide the customer service team, when contacting them, with the reason why you want to exchange the product.

Can you help me order on your website?
I want to order a product that is no longer available in the store. How can you notify me if it becomes available again?
We provide our customers with new products daily and often repeat our most requested products. If you want to be notified when the product you want to buy is restocked, just go to the product page, choose the size you want, and fill in your email address. Once we restock this product, you will be notified directly via email.
Where is your bazaar located? Can I come and try the products before buying?
We take pride in being present in Palestine, and you can find us only on our digital platform and order your product through it. If you are not satisfied with it, you can benefit from the flexible return and exchange policies we provide to our customers.

How can I use a discount code?
You can use your discount code after confirming your purchase order from the buyer information page by entering the code in the designated field. If the discount code is valid, the discount will be automatically applied to the amount.

How can I be sure I did not receive products different from what I ordered?
Our team executes purchase orders with great precision and care to minimize any errors. In case such an incident occurs, or if you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can benefit from the exchange and return policies we provide to our customers, which allow you to return and exchange your product as you wish.
Delivery
How long is it expected to take to receive my order?
We rely on the Palestinian Wassel Company for Distribution and Logistics Services Public Shareholding Company ("Wassel") to deliver your orders and products. The delivery time depends on the location where the order will be delivered. Below is an estimate of delivery times for each location:
- Ramallah (Central) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-5 business days from the final and complete order.
- Nablus (North) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Bethlehem (South) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Hebron (South) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Jenin (North) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Tulkarm (North) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Qalqilya (North) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-7 business days from the final and complete order.
- Jericho (Central) - Expect to receive the product(s) within 2-5 business days from the final and complete order.
Please note that Wassel will deliver your order on weekdays between 09:00 - 16:30.

What is the delivery fee?
The delivery cost for orders under (99) shekels is only (15) shekels, while orders over (99) ninety-nine shekels will have free delivery.
How can I track my order?
Our system will automatically notify you when your order status is updated, either via SMS or email depending on the details you provided after your purchase order was approved, to track your order:
1. Check the notification you received via SMS or email when placing the order.
2. Click on the order link.
3. Your order page includes the latest information related to your order from Wasel.

Can I schedule the delivery?
We trust and rely on Wasel to deliver your orders, and generally Wasel delivers orders between 09:00 - 16:30. We cannot guarantee delivery within a shorter time frame, however, we recommend adding this time frame as a note to your order when placing it. You can add a note by clicking the cart icon at the top right corner of the homepage, then enter your order notes.
Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from Wasel offices, make sure to select this option when completing your purchase.
