Can you assist me placing an order on your website?

Yes, if you wish to place an order, you only have to follow our instructions below:

1. Visit us on https://www.bazarcom.shop/and select the item you like, select your preferred size and quantity, then click on ‘Add to Cart’.

2. You can add multiple items to your cart in order to buy them in a single order.

3. Once you are done with selecting your products, click on the cart icon on the right top corner to go to review the items in your cart.

4. Review your items and click on “Checkout” to complete your order.

5. Fill in your contact information then click on “Continue to shipping method”.

6. Choose the shipping method you prefer, then click on “Continue to payment method”

7. Choose your preferred payment method.

8. Review your order’s total amount, then enter a discount code if you have one.

9. Click on “Complete order” to complete your order.

The item I want is OUT OF STOCK ? How will I be notified about my favourite item being restocked?

We get new items daily and often restock our most popular items. To get notified on “Out of Stock items”, go the product page, click on the size that you are interested in, fill in your email address in the field that appears. Once we restock the item, you’ll be notified right away by an email notification.

Do you have a store? Where are you located? Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?

We are proudly based in Palestine and are only situated on digital platform, therefore we do not have a store located outdoors. You can go ahead and place your order, and If you are unhappy with it, we have a flexible Exchange and Return policy.

You can apply a discount code at the checkout page, by entering the code in the “Discount code” field, if your discount code is valid, then the order amount will automatically be updated to reflect on your discount code amount.

I am concerned about receiving an item that is different from the one I ordered.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We trust and rely on Wassel for Distribution and Logistics Public Shareholding Limited Liability Company (“Wassel”) to deliver your orders. Delivery period depends on your location. Below is an estimate of the delivery periods per location:

  1. Ramallah (Center) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-5 working days of placing the order.
  2. Nablus (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  3. Bethlehem (South) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  4. Hebron (South) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  5. Jenin (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  6. Tulkarem (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  7. Qalqilia (North) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-7 working days of placing the order.
  8. Jericho (Center) - Customers should expect their delivery within 2-5 working days of placing the order.

Please note that Wassel will deliver your order on weekdays within the time frame 09:00 - 16:30. Please make sure to be available to receive your order within this timeframe.

Do you charge for delivery?

The rate charged for the delivery is NIS15 for orders below NIS99. Free Delivery is provided for any purchases over NIS99 unless otherwise stated.

Our system will automatically notify when the status of your order is updated. This can be via SMS or Email notifications depending on the details you provided at check out.

Can I schedule my delivery?

We trust and rely on Wassel to deliver your orders. Generally, Wassel delivers orders within the timeframe 09:00 - 16:30. We can’t guarantee a more accurate or a shorter period. However, we recommend adding this as a note to your order when you place it. You can add a note by hovering over the cart icon on the top right corner of the homepage, then enter you order notes before checking out.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from Wassel offices. Make sure to select this option when checking out.
